He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Wise and Oneda "Skeet" Hawkins Wise. He is survived by: his sisters, Kay Tonkin (David) of Barrackville and Pat Williams of Scottsboro, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
