She is survived by: her daughters, Tina M. Helms of Barrackville and Vida Kay Vincent of Chicago; her grandchildren, Brittany Star Samuels of Chicago and Franklin Agostino Vincent of Chicago; her brother Tony P. Underwood (Debbie) of Dunellon; and her sister-in-law Susan Underwood of Fairview.
