He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Reiter and Bertha Weingarten Reiter; the mother of his children Verda Reiter; and his sisters, Cynthia and Vivian.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Reiter; his sons, Brant Reiter (Maki) and Garvin Reiter (Jami); his grandchildren, Hudson Reiter, Micah and Zel Rae Reiter; his nieces, Emily and Nancy; and his nephew Johnny. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Henson and Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services (6357 E Pea Ridge Rd, Huntington, WV 25705).
