She is survived by: her husband Eddie Prichard of Barboursville, WV; her children, Eddie Prichard, Jr. of Chesapeake, OH and Tanya Smith (Greg) of Dunedin, FL; her grandchildren, Ryan Prichard, Eddie Prichard, III, Samuel Prichard and Adam Prichard; and her siblings, Pat "Ray" Scites and Emma Henry.
