She is survived by: her husband John Wade Blake; her daughters, Marci Bennett (Mike), Paige Summey (Brandon) and Susan Seward (Tony); her grandchildren, Christopher, Rachel Bennett, Ryan and Skylar Summey; and her siblings, Jerry Dillon (Judy) and Susie Fry (late Larry).
