She was predeceased by: her parents, Samp J. Johnson and Ella Austin Johnson; and her siblings, Melivn J. Johnson and Lois Lee Johnson Wickline. She is survived by: her sons, William M. "Mike" Gibson (Kathy) of North Augusta, SC and Robert H. "Bob" Gibson (Diana) of Wheeling, WV; and her grandchildren, Robert H. "Robby" Gibson, Jr., Steven M. Gibson (Emily) and Rebecca K. "Becky" Gibson.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes contributions be made to the Hubbard Hospice House at 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.
