She was predeceased by: her parents, James Maynard and Lurie Bowen Maynard; her husband Clay McCoy; and her siblings, Bobby Maynard, Wilburn Maynard, James Earl Maynard, Sidney Maynard and Patricia Pridemore.
She is survived by: her children, Austin McCoy of Ohio, Dylan McCoy of Ohio, Merlin Williams of Barboursville, WV and Melanie McCoy of Webb, WV; and her siblings, Glen Maynard, Russell Maynard of Dunlow, WV, Terry Maynard of Webb, WV, Greg Maynard of Inez, KY, Ernestine Maynard of Webb, WV, Ruby Greenway of Nixa, MO and Victoria Maynard of Inez, KY.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
