With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loveda Bachtel of Barboursville, West Virginia, born in Verdunville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Bachtel; and her siblings, Helen Bachtel, Ruby Carlen and Gary Trogden. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Asbury (Glen) of Huntington, WV and Rita Frye (Greg) of Huntersville, NC; her grandchildren, Billy Asbury (Debbie) of Flanders, NJ, Kim Boyd (Chris) of Charles Town, WV, Gregory Casey Frye of Charlotte, NC and Blake Frye (Amanda) of Charlotte, NC; her great grandchildren, Christian Boyd, Haley Asbury, Jake Asbury and Chace Miller-Frye; and her siblings, Shirley Zadony of McKees Rocks, Mary Jane Hughes of Lancaster, Patty Vance of Madison, WV, Earl Trogdon of Jackson, OH and Larry Trogdon of Panama City, FL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
