It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ira Lucian Wiley of Barboursville, West Virginia, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Wiley and Dora Taylor Wiley; and his sister Annie Ramey. He is survived by: his wife Frances "Sandy" Wiley; his daughter Angela Foley; his grandson Josh Foley; his great grandchild Caleb Edwards; his siblings, Marion "Bob", Ben Wiley Sr., Sallie Ferguson, Carol Webb (Hurston) and Ted Wiley (Jean); and his children, Marshall Wiley, Patti Risk, Sue Chlebek (Larry) and Lynda Vandierendonck (Randy).
