He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Jeffers-Adkins; his siblings, Sara Childers (Ron), Eloise Baker, Bernard Adkins (Joann) and Otis Adkins (Kay); his granddaughter Kira Nicole Triplett (Chelcie); his great grandchild Easton Rodney Triplett; and his pet Preston.
