He is survived by: his parents, Jack Arthur Perkins and Christine Marie Cheke Perkins; his sisters, Heather Mills of Barboursville, WV and Heidi Perkins of Circleville, OH; his grandparents, Betty Trent of Huntington, WV, Audrey Cheke of Milton, WV and Ted Trent of Huntington, WV; and his nephews, Braxton Vickers of Circleville, OH and Ryder Mills of Barboursville, WV. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
