He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wise and Edith Cundiff Wise; his wife Doris Wise (Cook); his daughter Janet Faye; and his granddaughter Reba Brock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Boltz (Kenny), Karen Herr (Bruce), Regina Vanscoy (Lonnie), Beverly Wolford (Jim) and Tina Chinn (Butch). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; and 33 great grandchildren.
