He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Scarberry and Mary Olive Messinger Scarberry; and his brother Bernard Scarberry. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Amos Scarberry; his daughters, Connie Thompson (Kevin) and Beverly Koerber (Jon); and his siblings, Bill Scarberry (Janet), Tim Smith, Dixie Bostic and Tina Sbarana. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
