With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Lee Rowe of Barboursville, West Virginia, born in Wayne, West Virginia, who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Rowe and Rosella Bartram Rowe; his wife Salena Faye Cade Rowe; and his daughter Sara Jane Rowe. He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Lee Hair; his granddaughters, Felisha Satterfield and Amanda Hair; and his great grandchildren, Phillip Hodge, Jr. and Aaliyah Hair. He is also survived by four sisters and two brothers.
