He is survived by: his sisters, Lahoma Goodpaster and Peggy Smith; his wife Drema Porter Adkins of Barboursville, WV; his daughters, Summer Levetro of Huntington, WV and Holly Shivel of Barboursville, WV; his siblings, Judy Lynch of Pittsburgh, PA. and Mike Adkins of Huntington, WV; and his grandchildren, Gillian Levetro and Harry Shivel IV.
