She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Fortner; her daughter Sherry Bailey; and her grandchildren, Erika Bailey and Zayne Tucker. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Tucker (Richard) of Ona; her grandchildren, Kayleen Gardner (JD), Jaren Bailey, Karlei Bailey, Zavier Tucker, Zayden Tucker, Zander Tucker and Ivy Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Urijah and Samiyah Gardner. She is also survived by her family and friends.
