She was predeceased by: her parents, Maggie Sigman and Stanley Sigman (James Smith); and her siblings, Violet Craigo, Betty King, Ruth Landers and John Sigman.
She is survived by: her son James Smith, II of Cross Lanes; her brother Patrick Sigman of Bancroft; her grandchildren, Melissa Pollitt of Summerville, SC, Sarah Gibson of Winfield and Benjamin Smith of Poca; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Pollitt, Aidan Pollitt and Charles Gibson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
