He was predeceased by: his father Benno B. Belcher; and his siblings, James Hubert Belcher, Billy Joe Belcher and Iris Jean Gill (Belcher). He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Belcher (Long); his children, Penny Sue Haag (Armin), Tommy Jack Belcher, Jr. (Georgiana) and Steven Dean Belcher; his grandchildren, Kristina Marie Marshburn (Wesley), Mandy Lynn Harrison (Allen), Elijah Millard (Vi), Tommy Jack Belcher, III (Tyler), Katlynn Ann Jones (Ethan) and Adam Carlos Belcher (Shannon); his great grandchildren, Abigail, Noah, Benaiah Marshburn, Hunter Haag, Ellinor, Josey Jones, Tommy Belcher IV and Vivia Millard; and his sister Susan Joanne (Graham Rogers).
