He is survived by: his wife Judy Mann Hawks; his sons, Tony Hawks (Ellen) of Oak Ridge, TN and Kevin Hawks of Ballard, WV; his sister Irene Larew (Wib) of Greenville, WV; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Brad Simpkins), Sydney and Courtney; and his nieces, Gabby and Emma Mann.
