He is survived by: his parent Blanch Miller Campbell; his siblings, Rosie Gerke of New Plymouth, ID, Rachel Meadows of Princeton, WV, Reta Mohler of Peterstown, WV and Ralph Campbell (Tootie) of Ballard, WV; his sister-in-law Ruth Campbell; and his close friend Robert Christian. He is also survived by several nieces; two nephews.
