He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Cline and Pearl Cook Cline; and his siblings, Bilton Cline, Roscoe Adkins and Audrey Lester.
He is survived by: his wife Delina I. Compton Cline; his daughters, Jennifer Kay Gregory (Jamie) of Ringgold, VA, Angela Dawn Lester (Michael) of Olin, NC, Lydia Marie Dean (Curtis) of Bland, VA and Heather René Poe (Glen) of Beaver, WV; his sisters, Jean Godfrey of Hopewell, VA, Vesta Riffe of Iaeger, WV, Rachel Cline (Leroy) of Richlands, VA, Teresa Lester (Pete) of Isaban, WV and Terry Lynn Ritchie of Archdale, NC; his grandchildren, Shane Ward, Austin Dean, Dreama Lester, Michael Lester, Taylor Riffe, Kaitlyn Riffe, Tyler Dean, Amy Riffe and Tanner Gregory; and his great grandchildren, Rowena Lester, Brandon, Ellie, Emma Riffe and Mateo Gregory. He is also survived by friend who loved his friends.
