He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick R.. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Mae Doughty Wielenbeck; his wife Julia S. Francis Wielenbeck of Ballard, WV; and his children, William Dean Wielenbeck (Sandy) of Port Deposit, MD and Barbara Ann Wielenbeck. He is also survived by one brother; and three sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Lindside Senior Center in Lindside, WV.
