She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anderson Parrish and Nellie Parrish of Virginia; her siblings, Obie, Richard Parrish, Sue Taylor and Shirley Parrish; and her great grandchild Aviana Weaver.
She is survived by: her husband Milton "Doc" Humphreys; her children, Sherri Treolo of Princeton, WV, Tiffany Rose (Caleb) of Pfafftown, NC, Jennifer Humphreys (Darius Colbert) of Lewisville, NC, Stuart Akers (Rhonda) of Princeton, WV and Steve Akers (Sheilah Rankin) of Catlettsburg, KY.; and her sister-in-law Sheila Parrish. She is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
