She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Ramsey, Sr. and Mamie Nancy Webb Ramsey; her husband William R. Priest; her granddaughter Jessica Elaine Campbell; her siblings, John Ramsey, James Ramsey, Ryous Ramsey, Carrie Ramsey of Virginia and Marie E. Ramsey Carr; and her half-siblings, Mary Cunningham, Bessie Argabright and Jalmer Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, David Priest (Glorie) of Fountain Inn, SC, Deborah Campbell (Gary) of Ballard, WV and Donna Vance (Jim Ferguson) of Union, WV; and her sister Nancy Belcher. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
