He is survived by: his parents, Elder James H. and Shelby Wickline Boothe of Ballard, WV.; his wife Regina Wuchevich Boothe; his daughter Tara Boothe of Ballard, WV; and his siblings, Larry W. Boothe (Marcia) of Narrows, VA, Michael Boothe (Leigh Anne) of Ballard, WV and Sheila Hanshew (Shawn) of Beaver, WV.
