It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James David Black of Ballard, West Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clarence Black and Violet S. Black (Smiles); his father-in-law Irving Muentner; and his uncle Karl Black (Patrick "PJ" McGonagle). He is survived by: his friend Jesse; his close friend Marine Corps; his brother Rogger Alvarado; his sister-in-law Isabelle; his wife Elisabeth "Lisa" V. Black (Muentner); his stepsons, Nathan and Gregory Zebrowski; his sister Tina Black-Jones; his brother-in-law Michael Jones; his mother-in-law Carolyn Muentner; and his friends, Rogger, Isabelle Alvarado, Randy Waters, Matthew and Betty Drake.
Finally, in lieu of donations or flowers, David would have asked each of you to consider becoming an organ donor.
