He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey B. Thompson and Pluma A. Thompson; his daughter Crissi Grotto; and his siblings, Arland, John, Jim, Wellie Truman Thompson, Pat and Emma Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Sharlet Thompson; his children, Michael, Bubba, Charles and Angel Alexander (Derick); his grandchildren, Brittany, Summer, Hanna, Alex, Mickey, Belladonna and Jack; his siblings, Dewey B. Thompson, Jr. (Becky) and Oleta Thompson; his sister-in-law Angela Thompson; and his nephews, Bryan and Jeromy. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
