He is survived by: his close friend Magdoline Scalf; his children, Marsha Riffe (Dwayne) and Michael Webb (Gail); his siblings, Toni Carr, Richard Webb (Pat) and Forest; and his grandchildren, Brad Justice (Stacey), Missy Tiller (Rusty), Joseph Webb (Heather), Kenneth Webb, Heather Williams (Chris), Joseph Riffe (Kristen), Leanna Adams (Jeffery), Alyssa Webb (Jimmy Cline) and Alex Webb (Destiny). He is also survived by forty great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
