We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2020, at the age of 90, Ella Hylton (Ballard, West Virginia), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elbert and Ruby Louise Spangler Brewer; her husband Ernest Grover "Boots" Hylton; her son James Edward "Bo" Hylton; and her brothers, George Daniel Brewer, John Henry Brewer and Billy Brady Brewer.
She is survived by: her sister Faye Sandra Whitlock of South Charleston, WV; her grandson Christopher Hylton of Kernersville, NC; her daughter-in-law Anne Hylton; and her niece Myra Roma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's Mandate, it is requested that those attending the graveside services wear masks and practice social distancing.
