He is survived by: his wife Shelby Wickline Boothe; his children, Larry Boothe (Marcia) of Narrows, VA, Mike Boothe (Leigh Anne) of Ballard, WV and Sheila Hanshew (Shawn) of Beaver, WV; his daughter-in-law Regina Boothe of Ballard, WV; his grandchildren, Tara Boothe, Brian Butler, Brett Butler (Jessica), Amanda Spicer (Justin), Austin Boothe (Samantha), Seth Boothe (Caitlin) and Cory Boothe; his great grandchildren, Addison, Kinsley, Brayden, Piper, Owen, Ian, Sawyer and Lincoln; and his siblings, Linda Rakes, Robin Fleshman and Paul Boothe.
