Campbell Baker; her son Samuel David Applegate of Eagle Mtn; her siblings, Jack Baker (Marty) of Chattanooga, TN and Eliska Booth (Tim) of Lindside, WV; and her grandchildren, Jax Ford Cline, Ella Rae Webb and Dakota Skye Reed.
