It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Harvey Hanson (Ballard, West Virginia), born in Williamsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tim Hanson and Dora Suttle Hanson; his wife Thelma Dancy Hanson; his siblings, Ruth McClung, Drema Worrell, Carl Hanson and Dale Hanson; and his great grandchild Shana Renee Cumbee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Mullins (Doug) of Bozoo, WV and Hazel Byrd (Rodney) of Buchanan, VA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
