He was predeceased by: his mother Sherri Shultz; and his brother Michael Harman. He is survived by: his father Barry L. Harman of Ballard, WV; his stepmother Debra Harman; his daughters, Shaina East of Pearisburg, VA, Megan Harman of Narrows, VA and Madison Harman of Ballard, WV; and his siblings, Shannon Harman (Leann) of Narrows, VA, Kelly Johnson (Tara) of Ballard, WV, Kristie Dobbins (Andrew) of Lindside, WV and Michelle Johnson of Ballard, WV. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews, and eleven great nieces and nephews.
Due to the regulations associated with COVID-19 and the WV Governor's Mandate, those attending the visitation and funeral services shall wear a mask and practice social distancing.
