He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mullins and Rinda E. Lester Mullins; his daughter Rinda Pauline Mullins; his stepdaughter Tammy Jean Hodge; and his siblings, Raymond Luther Mullins and Anna Mae Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Mullins; his children, David Jeffrey Mullins of Ballard, WV, Robert Shannon Mullins of Ballard, WV, William Michael Mullins of Ballard, WV, Sherry Denise Mullins and Carla Elizabeth Hubbard (Greg) of Waiteville, WV; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Felicia, Josh, Shawana, Shannon, Sandon, Ben, Jordan, Ryan, Michael, April, Alley and Sara; and his sisters, Ellen Reist (Ralph), Marie Mann, Bertha McPeak, Frances Erskine (John) and Sarah Catherine Blackburn (Sonny). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In light of the recent COVID outbreaks in the area, it is highly recommended that those planning on attending the visitation and funeral services wear a mask and practice social distancing.
