In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Jean Spangler McCraw; his stepfather John Thomas McCraw; and his grandparents, Gaston P. Spangler Jr. and Trusbie E. Canterbury Spangler. He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Evelyn Dunn (Carl) of Ballard, WV, Eleanor Miller (Richard) of Ballard, WV, Brenda Mann (Bobby) of Greenville, WV, Ralph, Benny and Jerry Spangler; his friend Donna White; and his cousin Guy Jackson Thompson. He is also survived by many other cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home (111 Market St, Peterstown, WV 24963). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
