He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe F. Jackson and Myrtle Broyles Jackson; his brother Thomas Jackson (Doris); and his sister-in-law Patricia Jackson. He is survived by: his family Diana Crawford Jackson; his son Joseph Daniel "J. D." Jackson (Kristin); his grandson Allen Joseph (Jackson); and his brother James D. Jackson of Lewisburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
