We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2022, at the age of 95, Winnie G. Dispanet of Baker, West Virginia, born in Mathias, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lory Shipe and Bessie Feathers Shipe; her husband Ward Dispanet; her close friend Ward Stover; her son Stevin Stover; and her sisters, Erma O'Roark and Thelma Shipe.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Dispanet of Baker, WV; her brother Lory D. Shipe of Henderson, NV; her grandchildren, Cole Stover of Baker, Ray Shifflett (Crystal) of Singers Glen and Dawn Cullers; her caregiver Billie Jo Stover; her niece Anita Cline (Jason); and her nephews, Donnie O'Roark (Donna) and Ricky O'Roark (Pam).
