Biller (Duncan); his children, Carl Biller of Capon Bridge, WV, Kimberly Shanholtz of Rio, WV and Tonja Lane of Ruther Glen, VA; and his siblings, Wayne Biller of Woodbridge, VA, Kenny Biller, Donna Dove of Broadway, VA and Doris Payne of Harrisonburg, VA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
