He is survived by: his daughters, Lana Sue Wilkins and Lisa Ann Basye (John); his grandchildren, Lindsey Funkhouser (Travis), Justin Basye (Taylor) and Leanna Basye; his great grandchildren, Meyer Funkhouser of Baker, WV, Lauranell Basye of Baker, WV and Terry Miller (Sherry); his granddaughter Kacie Miller of Broadway, VA; and his siblings, Roy L. Wilkins (Betty) of Winchester, VA, Marquetta "Ketty" Oates of Gore, VA and Robert "Buster" Wilkins (Judy) of Baker, WV..
