He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Lola B. Teets Miller; his wife Lillian M. See Miller; and his brother Lindbergh Miller. He is survived by: his children, Leycester W. Miller, Jr. of Wardensville, WV, Irene Haley (Allen) of Heathsville, VA and Christy Silvious of Quicksville, VA; and his brother Deyerle H. Miller (Etta) of Mathias, WV.
