He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey R. Parker and Ada Ellen Hammon. He is survived by: his wife Norma Lee Kline Parker; and his children, Patricia Brill (Taylor) of Star Tannery, VA, Vicki L. Darr (J. R.) of Baker, WV, Diana Shoemaker (Reggie) of Baker, WV, Donald Parker, Jr. (Kelly) of Moorefield, WV and Dorman Parker (Vicki) of Baker, WV. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
