He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Funkhouser Wilkins; his son Jim Wilkins (Angela); his grandchildren, Ashley and Travis; and his siblings, Llewellyn (Jean), Robert "Buster" (Judy) of Baker, Roy "Bud" (Betty) of Winchester, Marquetta Oates of Gore and Loretta Perkins (Ralph) of Fairmont, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
