He is survived by: his parent Ada Virginia Miller (Tharp); his children, Pamela Barb (Frank) of Mathias, Chestina Smith (Reggie) of Rio, WV, Yvette Miller (Chuck) of Mathias and Darryl Miller (Dannette) of Singers Glen, VA; and his sister Anna Katherine Harpine of Wardensville.
