She is survived by: her children, Regina Oates (Jimmy) of Martinsburg, WV and Granville Milburn, II of Baker, WV; her siblings, Patsy Reel of Baker, WV, Linda Funk of Baker, WV, David Miller of Winchester, VA, Gary Miller of Baker, WV, Robert Miller of Moorefield, WV and Brenda Brill of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Stephen Walker, Zachary Walker, Hannah Oates and Josiah Oates; and her great grandchildren, Rowan Smith, Carter Steward, Amirah Coon and Brynnlee Steward.
