Arlene Hope Smith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arlene Hope Smith of Baker, West Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Layman Delawder and Edna Shipe Delawder Lowman; her husband Alton D. Smith; and her son William Smith. She is survived by: her children, Alton L. Smith (Margaret) of Baker, WV, David W. Smith (Robin) of Wardensville, WV, Barbara J. Smith of Mathias, WV and Patty A. Smith of Farmington Hills, MI; her brother William "Billy" Lowman of Landsdowne, MD; her grandchildren, PJ, Angela, Chris, Jason and Kodie; and her close friend Charlie VanMetre. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; three half-brothers.
