He is survived by: his mother-in-law Margaret Dolly Smith; his daughter Kimberly Marie Smith Eaton of Timberville, VA; his siblings, David Smith (Robin) of Wardensville, WV, Patricia Smith of Farmington, MI and Barbara Smith of Mathias, WV; his stepdaughter Crystal Shayeb (Abe) of Front Royal, VA; and his grandchildren, Megan, Matthew Eaton, Amber and Noel Shayeb.
