It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal Wyatt Scaggs of Baisden, West Virginia, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred D Scaggs and Anna Mae Duncan Scaggs; and his siblings, A. D. "Buster", Denny, Freddie, Robert, Max, Jerry Scaggs and Joan Scaggs Means.
He is survived by: his significant other Jo Ann Baisden Scaggs; his son Wyatt Scaggs (Kristi); his grandchildren, Neal Wyatt Scaggs III (Haley) and Katie Delong (Rex); his great grandchild Neal Wyatt Scaggs, IV; his brother Roger Scaggs (Janice); and his close friends, Doug McElwain, Tommy Keeney and Dr. Billy Mullen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
