He is survived by: his wife Georgia Paynter (Cline) of Baisden, WV; his daughters, Katherine Vance (Terry) of Jacksboro, TN and Karen Cook (Phil) of Baisden, WV; his grandchildren, Candace Eddy (Wes) of Martinsburg, WV, Rebecca Keylon (Blake) of Cookeville, TN, Hunter Lester (Shay) of Indianapolis, IN and Kaden Cook of Baisden, WV; and his great grandchildren, Connor C. Keylon of Cookeville, TN and Brett W. Eddy of Martinsburg, WV.. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
