He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Cline and Belle Cline (Cline); his daughter Tina Cline; his stepdaughter Kathy New; his sons, Michael and Jessie James Cline; and his siblings, Florence Trent (Sis), Rozella Carter, Let Lester, Jean Hatfield, Tony, Okey, Nathan, Jimmy, Jonas and Hillard Cline.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Brittany Justice (Joshua Little); his close friend Lisa Hardy of Welch, WV; and his stepdaughters, Carolyn Wolford and Freda Hatfield. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
