She is survived by: her mother Sharon Mullins of Grapevine, WV; her husband Corey Stevens of Oklahoma; her stepfather John Woolum of Grapevine; her siblings, Celena Phillips of Welch, WV, Sabrina Ferguson (Arnold Walker) of Litwar, WV, Linda Lambert of Tennessee, Sandra Sprouse of Tennessee, Mary Dameron of Ikes Fork, WV, Debbie Cline of Princeton, WV, Randy Joe Sprouse (Cammy) of Tennessee and Arthur James Sprouse of Bolt Mountain; her grandmother Margie Szauz of Ohio; her aunt Donna Paris (Doug) of Coalwood, WV; her nieces and nephews, James Phillips (Amanda) of Coalwood, WV, Makayla Walker of Litwar, WV, Steven Ferguson of Grapevine and Joseph Ford of Iaeger; and her great-nephew Aiden Phillips of Coalwood, WV.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
